1. benutze ich nicht das "Standard" ICQ
2. gibt es mehrere Server zu denen man sich connecten kann.. ich schreib diese auch noch mal fuer euch auf
3. benutzt das standardicq ein gewisses protokoll, welches die anderen clients nicht benutzen.. das bezieht sich dann auf spezielle ports, die dann für andere zu einem "angriff" offen stehen koennen... (so viel nur dazu) nachzulesen bei dr. google.

zu 1. Urls fuer weitaus bessere (sichere, stabilere) Clients für ICQ

1. Miranda (open source projekt sehr gut, schreibt sich glaub ich nicht mal in die Registrierung. hat viele möglichkeiten... auch für Windows (war mein Client als ich noch Windowsanwender war.
2. Trillian
hab ich mal getestet, ist auch besser als das Standard-icq.. ich empfehl wenn dann aber miranda :)
3. CenterICQ und zu guter letzt noch mein Client ich glaube der is zwar nur für linuX aber er is genial :)[
dieser Client ist einfach der Hammer!!! vielleicht gibt es ja schon eine version für windows :)..

... es gibt noch mehrere Clients.. viele für Unix.. aber auch einige für Windows.. wenn ihr mal ein programm sucht.. schaut einfach mal bei nach, da gibt es auch für windows immer wieder nette alternativ programme die 1. kostenlos sind und 2. unter der GPL stehen... und 3. mindestens genauso (wenn nicht sogar besser) gut sind...

zu 2.
so dann hab ich gesagt ich schreib mal eine Liste der Server auf zu denen man connecten kann:
1. login.icq.com:5190
2. icq.mirabilis.com:4000
3. icqalpha.mirabilis.com
4. icq1.mirabilis.com
5. icq2.mirabilis.com
6. ... bis icq5.mirabilis.com

es gibt bestimmt noch viel mehr denn das problem des connectens ist ja immer wieder bekannt..

falls die server nicht mehr funktionieren, dann einfach und da dann eben "icq server" eingeben.. der dr. google wird euch weiterhelfen...
