Morgens kann ich ja leider irgendwie nicht online um das zu verkünden, deswegen muss ich das unpassenderweise jetzt schon mal machen, aber ich hoffe ihr wisst das zu registrieren und einzuschätzen ja??

Das geht SEHR einfach! Meine Vorgehensweise:

Wecker auf frühe Uhrzeit stellen und WEIT weg von sich platzieren, zb auf dem Fußboden am anderen Ende des Zimmers. Wenn der dann nämlich klingelt, muss man ganz schnell aufstehen um ihn auszumachen und nicht durchzudrehen.. Und wenn man dann schonmal auf den Beinen steht, dann kann man ja auch gleich duschen gehen...

klappt bei mir hervorragend, kann ich nur weiterempfehlen

/me findet das weitaus weniger masochistisch als alle 10 Min wieder aus dem Schlaf gerissen zu werden weil man den Wecker 23580 Mal weiterstellt und somit auch noch an effektiver Tiefschlafzeit verliert....
