humm schon wieder ganz komischer Song und er passt auch besser in den Sommer irgendwie, und der ist ja besonders heute noch ganz und gar nicht angebrochen (gestern n8 Schneeregen u heut bitterkalt).. aber ich hab mir heute nacht beim Schlafen (also Umdrehen) das rechte Hüftgelenk halbwegs ausgehebelt (keine Ahnung wie ich das gemacht habe) und deshalb:

Dieses ausgehebelte Hüftgelenk hinderte mich heute daran, seitwärtsbewegungen zu machen und teilweise hakte es auch, wenn ich vorwärts auftreten will. Nach einem 3Stundenmarsch durch IKEA hatte es sich das allerdings allmählich anders überlegt und die Schmerzen an den Höllenmuskelkater abgegeben, den ich im Gesäß, dem Rücken und Nacken und Schultern habe.. au au
(Ganz ehrlich, wenn ich länger als ne halbe Stunde sitze, komm ich ohne fremde Hilfe nicht die Treppe runter )
